I am often using [edit : surface flatten] to export hole position when a manual modification is needed on a part. However, every time I do, the holes end up oval on the DXF. Does anyone know the cause for it?

Mesh should be more than fine enough

Visually, the surface flatten results in a round hole. In this example, there is no reason to expect the surface to result in a visually noticeable oval as the mesh is fine enough.

However the "right click, export as DXF" hole is not even close to round
 

And is exported as DXF with the not round hole
