I am curious to know what is the price structure of the subscription fees in the States?
Are you guys being offered a choice of options to choose from?
For instance:
Option 1 would be just the cost of the upgrades and service packs.
Option 2 would add limited phone support, access to the VAR website (ticket lodging), etc.
Option 3 would add site visits by Tech support (at agreed intervals). And so on...!
Without going into details (unless someone is interested!), we have a new experience here Down Under: a second VAR has just emerged on the market, apparently following SWX's request(??....).
And all of a sudden, just like elections time, WE are very important to them, and all sorts of offers and promises are thrown at us! (from both VARs).
Amazing what competition can do!
