I am trying to draw a body for a buggy but am running into not being able to create structure members from the lines I drew. I have 2 major problems:

1. some lines just straight up do not let me make them into structure members
2. I cant get a line on the top part of the buggy to not just go thrue another pipe that is already drawn

the gighlithed lines are the ones I can't turn into structure members

the line taht I cant shorten to make it just tuch the pipe. cuting the line didn't work, seperating it didnt work, making a point on it didn't work (I have no more ideas)
