Greetings

Somewhat of a newbie, and this Solidworks Professional 2025 SP0.0 installation has begun acting strangely.

Usually I edit a sketch and select Smart Dimension and hover the mouse over a sketch entity, and the entity highlights and stays highlighted. 

Now what occurs is more like the entity highlights for an instant but then no longer highlights. I cannot see what entity is being hovered over.

There's an instantaneous highlight of the entity like I would expect, but then it no longer highlights the entity. There is similar behavior in Solidworks part files and in drawings. 

Does this sound familiar? Is it a setting or a bug?
