Solidworks motion analysis: required torque problem

Greetings:

First of all, sorry for my english, it's not my native language, i'm new using solidworks motion analysis, and i was doing a Withworth mechanism analysis to get the required motor torque and power and choose one from a list, the thing is, i've been following the steps from the tutorials, adding mates (including friction) and got random results for max torque (between 30 and 1600 N-mm), i know there's something wrong with my analysis and i want to know what it is, i hope you guys can help me. i want to know if what i'm doing is right or wrong, maybe some mates are not neccesary and affects the max torque result, which mates should i keep? are the "block" mates modifying the results?

what i'm i doing wrong? i hope you guys help me defining the right mates to get the right result

Assembly and parts attached

thanks in advance for helping

this is the data screen caps

speed data

motion analysis precision 0.001

frames per second: 360

integrator: WSTIFF

switched-on gravity: max torque = 1618 N-mm

motion analysis precision 0.001

frames per second: 360

integrator: WSTIFF

switched-off gravity: max torque = 30 N-mm

and when i switch on gravity with a new block mate between "pasador<3>" and "pasador_transmisor<1>" i got this:

motion analysis precision 0.001

frames per second: 360

integrator: WSTIFF

switched-on gravity and local blocking mate 8: max torque = 31N-mm
