In the last days I had to reinstall Solidworks 2018 Student version on my computer, but I had some problems (when I selected part or I opened a file the screen went black and the programmed crashed).

I went to a computer shop where I had a full reset of my computer and updated my graphic drivers (they thought there could be some conflicts with other programmes) and reinstalled Solidworks but this problem continued to exist (even though now it happens about 2 times on three that I try to restart the pc) so they told me it's a software problem since the computer is perfect and perfectly capable of supporting Solidworks.

I tried to install Solidworks 2019 Student version but the problem persist and I don't know what to do.

Any help is really appreciated
