Subject: Issue with Opening Technical Drawings in SolidWorks PDM

"could not open the file"

Solidworks PDMSolidworks pdmSolidWorksPDMSolidWorks 

I am a SolidWorks PDM user and am encountering an issue when opening technical drawings of components. The problem appears to be related to the library I use when creating these technical drawings. If I do not use my custom library, the issue does not occur.

After receiving this error, I am unable to open any technical drawing files until I completely restart SolidWorks. Each attempt results in the same error message. Unfortunately, our authorized distributor has not been able to resolve the issue.

If anyone has experienced and resolved this problem, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
