About a month ago we started to experience an issue when we have the add in enabled for PLM Services (SLW 2023 & 3DX 2024FP02) and we try and create a new document. SolidWorks hangs for 7 to 10 mins. If we disable the PLM Services, SolidWorks display the popup to select new Part, Assembly, Drawing very quickly. We opened a ticket with our VAR who submitted a SR. We were told to uninstall and reinstall the XCADD integration. After doing this, the problem still exists. 

Anyone experience this issue and how did you resolve it?
