I 'm looking for an easier was to model this slot.

First I tried a sweep cut “T” shape as shown in the cross section.  Then I added fillets.  I wasn’t sure it was accurate and I wanted to use the sketch geometry on the drawing to assist in dimensioning the part.

I then tried a solid body sweep cut over the 4 degrees.  The problem here is that I had to do it with a .344 dia cutter and then again with a .500 dia cutter.

I tried to use a “T” shapped cutter but I kept getting a error saying something about a convex body or a revolved body.  I was using a revolve body to make the cutting tool.

Can I do this with 1 cutting body?
