Hello Everyone

I'm using SW2011 and I'm having major problems with Smart Component and Smart Features.  I'm trying to Add the Smart Features from a Smart Component that I created.  Every time I insert the Smart Features into the Assembly and click finish the command, the Smart Feature is 90 Degrees to where it should be located.  I have spends hours on this issue and I'm lost at what I'm doing wrong.  I have attached a Zip File below.  Please help me.
