Simulation: stress singularity? Stress rise as mesh refines, not converge

Hi,

I modelled a simple cantilever with the left end fixed to the wall and a point load of 1000N applied to the right end. The cantilever is a 100 x 10 flat bar at 500mm long. I used the standard mesh with the size of 10, 8, 6, 4, 3 and 2 (in mm), but I got the corresponding max stress of 49.4, 152, 92.6, 138, 484 and 315 (in MPa). However, the hand calculation is 30MPa.

It seems like a stress singularity as the max stress is always shown on the top right corner where the load is applied. I have attached a screenshot of the model with simulation settings for reference. Why can't I upload a Solidworks model?

I use Solidworks premium 2020 SP5, but I don't have simulation packages except the static coming with it.

Can anyone give some instructions or suggestions, please?
