the thickness column on the first row keeps changing back to 1.875 even when i set it as the proper thickness and save it.
My supervisor started making a costing template related to sheet metal thickness. He typed the first couple rows in manually before using excel then importing to do the rest. Row 31 always had an issue importing. I was told to add a couple different materials and thicknesses for those materials, so I did in excel, but when I import it it gives me the error message in the title. A couple of rows have errors. the only somewhat similarities shared by the error rows that are not shared by other rows is that the thickness is 1.875 on row 31 and 0.1875 on row 66. Also, rows 66-259 are new rows I added. I have tried many different ways to import the sheet and none have worked. Even when I export the current values that were imported by my supervisor and then import them into a blank duplicate template it still doesn't work. all of the materials have been added to the materials side. Our SolidWorks was recently upgraded from 2019 to 2024 but importing doesn't work on either. the file does have two sheets in it and uses equations referencing data on the other sheet, but those equations were on the original sheet my supervisor was able to import properly. Also, when I copy the values to a different sheet and get rid of the equations, it still wont import. I have tried sending the sheet to my supervisor and he cant import it either. I have tried checking them in and out with SolidWorks PDM but it still doesn't work. also occasionally it will be really slow and give a different error message: call was rejected by callee. I have done a good bit of research and this doesn't seem to be a common problem, the only ones I found didn't really show how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank y'all in advance.
I have attached the excel sheets, I don't know if y'all can view them or not
