Sheet Metal Tank with Inclined Bottom

Is there a better way to make this sheet metal part? I'm trying to avoid having the bottom 4 edges welded. The tank was originally created with a flat bottom, then a extrude cut was used to make the 3 degree incline. This splits the part into 5 separate bodies.

I was looking at starting with the inclined bottom from the beginning with custom edge bends to create the flat top, but then I couldn't use the miter flange tool.

Any ideas are appreciated!
