My name is Samuel and for my Master degree, I am investigating the machining and processing of Carbon Composite Materials using a heat moving source such as a laser.

However, where I am stucked is how to applied it into Solidworks. In university, we are using the latest student edition.

My main question will be how to set up a heat moving source simulation in Solidworks.

If you can post the steps or a tutorial that will be great.
