Randomly, when I close SolidWorks so that a coworker can then access the floating license, SolidWorks will check back in the professional license (the add-ins), but not the standard license (the actual SolidWorks seat).  I've tried restarting SolidWorks and shutting it down, force killing it in the Task Manager, rebooting, shutting down and restarting my machine - none of these actions make any difference.

Short of having IT try and reboot the server, has anyone else experienced this issue, and found a solution?  For reference, we're all running 2011 SP3.0, and have had this problem since version 2010.
