Is there a setting that can be changed so that when you do a save as that the newly created part/assy/dwg becomes the active model?

So if I do a save as on part A and call it part B, I want part B to be the open part.  This is the way that many other programs work and I always forget that SW is different.  So I end up making changes to the wrong model and have to re-do a lot of work
