As the title states, I want to modify a pipe's length to a custom value on a case by case basis (with SW Routing).
Currently, my process to create a single pipe between two fittings is defined as such: start a route at a CPoint of one fitting, then add a coincident relation between the route's end point and the CPoint of the next fitting.
However this frequently results in non-conventional length values, which is not ideal when design tolerances are loose and the nominal value can be set to the next fractional size down (e.g. able to be read on a tape measure) for socket welded pipe
Any dimensions I add between the route's end point and CPoint are automatically called out as over-defined, yet the line remains underdefined (see attached photo).
Does anyone have a better method to keep some relation between the route and the next CPoint, while also defining a custom length?
