I cannot get the routing add-in to install.  I just did a complete uninstall including registry values and Data files and Folders, and then reinstalled using a new download of 2015 SP3.0. I checked the box for routing on the install options (and verified it after the fact by checking it with the Change option in control panel) and it still will not show up under my add-ins in Solidworks.  I even ran a repair on the installation and it still did not fix the issue.  All of the other optional add-ins seem to be functional.  Any ideas?
