The shape I circularly patterned around my cilinder should be alternated by the reverse (indents). So I copied the sketch and moved that to the other side to mirror it, but it's in the middle of one of those shapes. I want to rotate it 9 degrees around the cylindrical axis before extruding-fillet-circular pattern-extruded cut. How should I do this? By modifying my sketch it rotates over the plane, not around the cilinder. I also worry that since my sketch is partly 'recessed' in the cilinder, I won't be able to fillet etc.
