I would like the Rev table in a drawing to be driven from the rev and notes in workgroup PDM.

I have enabled the revision table property in VaultAdmin, read help, still no luck.

SW document properties -> Tables -> Revision does show "Revision driven from SW Workgroup"

But when I insert a revision table it still shows up blank and allows me to manually add rows (not linked to wPDM).
