When we create a new slddrw we would like to run the task "create PDF" automatically. When running this task we would like to overwrite the existing PDF hardcopy when creating a new one. However part of the file name is the revision number and the revision number is increased by one when a new PDF is created. This means when we have the checkbox "replace existing file" checked, the file name changes and therefore the old pdf will not be overwritten but a new file is created. For example the previous file name is 017444R03.PDF. When creating an new hardcopy the file name will be 017444R04.pdf

Is there a possibility within solidwork PDM to overwrite the old file even when the name of the file changes?
