In an assembly, I see the red and green icon on the first features "Front Plane", "Top Plane" and "Right Plane". I did "Ctrl+B" and "Ctrl+Q" and still, no resolution. I closed and reopened Solidworks and also no resolution. 

Originally, there were components on the assembly. After deleting all the parts, the red / green icons are still there. At the bottom of the screen, it is written "Fully Defined".

This behavior does not appear in new assemblies.

The goal is to fix this behavior in the original assembly file, without having to completely redo the assembly. in a new assembly. There are many parts and configurations and redoing them all would require extra work.

Note: this behavior started after using the thermal flow add-in.

Any ideas how to fix this?
