The drawing number will usually be the file name of the final assembly being modelled, sometimes one of the sheets will be of a sub assembly or part making up the final assembly and the drawing view in question on that sheet will be from that particular part or sub assembly. The Drawing number however will always be the name of the final assembly.

Something has happened now and it has changed, the drawing number now reflecting the file name of the part/sub assembly being drawing not the final assembly.

I'm racking my brains trying to figure it out as I've gone back through some older drawings that I have done not too long ago and the drawing number is consistent throughout the sheets.
