Hi,

I've downloaded Solidworks and during the installation entered my Serial Numbers, but the problem is I was given this program by my Student Team mentour, they have 60 licenses bought for "Student Team", connected to the same key as far as I understood. And I don't want to lose solidworks because of some weird things happening like they run out of licenses. So I tried to "Activate" products using those keys on my account here: https://customerportal.solidworks.com , but those does not work and I get an error "Invalid serial code".

I'm sorry if that question shouldn't be asked in "Administration", I'm not sure where should I ask it.

I'm not a native speaker, so please forgive me language mistakes.

I hope somebody could explain to me how this works and offer a solution.
