I have been playing around with Solidworks in an effort to learn it for some jobs coming into my work place.  I am currently experiencing two problems with my design.

The last three features freak out when I increase the dimension for ‘Thicken4’. They also don’t like it if ‘Thicken4’ is the minimum distance of 2.5mm.

The second problem is with ‘CirPattern27’.  It has only patterned some of the features.  In edit mode it previews all the features but doesn’t end up building them.
