I'm new at Solidworks and need your help as soon as possible.

I made a model of the heart in Mimics and then import my file as a mesh file in Solidworks. I've cutted it to keep the left ventricle and now I would like to make my ventricule empty. I used the shell command but it doesn't work. I tried to fix the errors with error diagnostics but it doesn't work either...
