I am using 2016 SP4 and have been seeing difficulty in selecting edges while creating dimensions lately. Now I am attempting to place center marks on a couple of holes. The holes were created using the hold wizard and I am attempting to place the marks on the larger set of holes. SW is placing the marks in the center of the part instead. This is a flat part.

Next I thought I would attempt to place all dims and marks using the model items and it still didn't work. The dimensions for the holes seem kind of strange. Any ideas?
