I was wondering if there is an option to drop in pre made features from a design library into a part when modelling?

Simillar to being able to drop in a sketch, or an existing part/assembly. In specific I'm using a cut-extrude to create a set of 3 holes into a body very frequently and it would be nice to drag and drop/apply the feature onto a surface of the body whilst maintaining the dimensions and tolerances within the sketch that created it.

My apologies if this has been discussed before, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere on the discussion boards.
