I am working on the basics of Flow Simulation and trying to create a simple internal flow for an expanding pipe. I am getting unrealistic results and believe it is due to my mesh settings. What I expect to see is a uniform velocity distribution along the inner diameter of the pipe wall. My Global Mesh is set to 5 and I have a local mesh on the pipe walls with settings as seen in the attached picture.

I also attached a picture of the resultant mesh and velocity distribution located at the expansion.

What should I change to get more realistic results?
