Can anyone help me, if I go to Final Render or Preview Window,  the PhotoView 360 window opens and stays for a second and then closes.  No files are saved, no picture in the screen and no errors. When I run Integrated Preview, a white box appears where the part was.

I am running SW 2012 SP1.0
