Has someone experienced fab notes disappearing from PDM created PDF or when dragging DRW into the viewer ??

Recently had this happen, if viewing the PDF that was qued for write by PDM during release, there were no notes &

when dragging the SolidWorks DRW into SolidWorks Viewer, there were no notes.  When opening into SolidWorks

proper,  notes were visable.

Notes were at the format level & not sheet level but we have may this way & this only this doc had the anomoly.
