I am editing a drawing in a PDM Vault. Another user added notes in red that I now need to change to black. However, no matter what I do, they will not change colors. This includes balloons, notes, and note borders.

• I do not believe this is a layer issue. There are some notes in red and some notes in black. No matter what color, they are all on the same layer. The default color for this layer in the layer properties tab is black.
• Try to manually change the font color does nothing. I select black and it saves the selection, but the text stays red.
• They are not dangling. All notes and balloons are properly attached if they should be.

I can not figure out what is going on. Is this just a bug? I feel like i've tried everything I've seen on the web so far
