I have 2 monitors. The toolbar shows on neither of them. I have already gone to Tools > Customize and checked to display the toolbar. And it is also checked to "show" when I am inserting a part. However, I don't see it anywhere. 

The only extra bit of info I have is that one time this happened, I unplugged my secondary monitor, and the toolbar showed up on my main screen, I plugged my secondary back in, and was able to drag it over to the secondary, and that was that for a bit. Few days/weeks later, same thing happens, it disappears. However, when I plug/unplug secondary, nothing happens. So now I'm at a loss, any suggestions/help?
