Hi'

I do mostly steel structural design as warehouse, agriculture and industrial metal structures.

I like to use Solidworks although this is not the preferred CAD software for this design among my colleagues.

I do use the weldment application in Solidworks when I can.

But can't design metal joints from one beam to another using the weldment application

I found a software that can overcome this gap. It is called AMV steelworks (http://www.amv.it/home.aspx)

Can anyone of you have tried this software and found it useful?

Is there other similar software in the market that can do the same?
