I need some guidence to simulate a condition. let me describe it.

A weight around 300Kgs. which is being lifted to move from one place to another place. i need to know what happens if it is being hold for an hour continously. How this condition can be simulated in Solid works. by this way i want to analyze the stresses which are being generated in the parts of its body.

Any one can help me, then reply back. its urgent.
