I'm trying to create a background for a mirror. I just can't figure out how to do a part of it.

I've tried to use lofted surface but I can't get it right

I don't know if you get an idea how it should be shaped ?

However it's the rounded part in top and the curved edge around it I can't get right. Any idea how I could do it ? If I use lofted surface it won't follow the edge of the "pipe" i drew,,, I'm really confused here.
