Lenovo ThinkPad W541/Asus Pro PU551JH-CN021G Suitable for SolidWorks?

Hi all,

a friend of mine is starting his design study next month and requires a laptop (student budget). Students have to use solidworks. Requirements are defined by Fontys (University) and SolidWorks.

At least I found 2 laptops according to budget.

My question: Are the following laptops suitable for SolidWorks? Does anybody have experiences with these laptops and SolidWorks?
