I worked for a company that uses SOLIDWORKS AS WELL AS CATIA AND AUTOCAD after a few crashes and having to reinstall the software they had me do it myself at that point I learned that the disc had a lable on the case for a CRACK and thats where my problem comes in after talking to the general manager he said the owner would not purchase any software he can get for free I think they should be reported for this and since they work for some of the largest aircraft companies in the world. I have worked for small companies that made purchases to make sure they were legal after having learned that I knew they was illegal they let me go ... question should I turn them in for this or let it go
