Hello everyone - hope you're having a wonderful day.

My co-worker and I are both experiencing issues with lagging when adding text to SW drawings. 

I checked out https://forum.solidworks.com/thread/219864 which is similar, but not quite what I'm experiencing. We also have not had issues with our graphics cards.

For example, when I type the word "Solidworks", the last letter does not display when typing:

but shows up when clicking out of the note:

This is the same for spaces, back spaces, etc. Whatever the last action is, it doesn't display. It is extremely frustrating, and can make simple editing really problematic and time consuming. 

Also, my company doesn't have an IT department. We have one guy that knows enough, but he's out of town for the next week.

I'm really hoping someone has some insight on this.. because we're dealing, but the struggle is real!
