Using labels is great for beginners and those who want to better optimize their keyboard.

Note that numbers: 1-9 & 0 can be used with the Shift-Key.   i.e. Shift (key) & "1" (key)

The list can be printed out from SW but I find that its easier to just look down at the keyboard.
