I need a five sided flag symbol that can 1) display the text KEY-X (e.g., KEY-7) and 2) point other directions that just right.

Using SolidWorks 2011;

* The five sided flag annotation border can only point to the Right (without custom editing).

* The KEY symbol (in SolidWorks 2011) only contains the word KEY, with no option to include additional characters (or point other directions).

I'm thinking a custom symbol is the best solution - however I hope I'm missing something and it can be done with existing functionality.
