I have two CAD machines that have both SW 2016 and SW Explorer 2016.
1st Machine:
If I have SW open and go to SW explorer and click on a file to open, the part opens up in SW without creating a new session.
2nd Machine:
If I have SW open and go to SW explorer and click on a file to open, the part WILL NOT open in SW period.
If I do not have SW open and go to SW explorer and click on a file to open, the part opens up in SW in a new session.
How do I get the second machine to function like the first machine?
Notes:
1) Our subscription is up to date.
2) In both cases, when I have SW open, I do not have any files open in SW before going into SW explorer.
3) We are using Workgroup PDM.
