Hope all are doing Good.

I am facing an issue with customer portal. Though I logged on and try to download the SolidWorks setup files, it is asking the login. when I clicked login again, it is logged onto my account and when trying to download, the same error repeats. Refer attachment.

Does anyone facing the same issue? please advise.
