As the title says, is it possible for an annotation's(or balloon's) leader to follow the centerpoint of an arc? The reason I ask is that we use annotations to call-out properties on specific components such as wheels of our trailers and when you attach the leader, it looks ''wrong'' to not have it pointing centered.

Same thing applies to the leader of a balloon. Why does it not follow the center of an arc, like a diameter dimension or radius dimension? It would avoid having ''bad practices'' such as this:
