Ok, I have SW 2009 64 bit and tryed going to insert, then picture, then selected a .tif file I have and nothing happens.  And then if I go back to the menu to try again, picture is grayed out.  Any ideas anyone?  I tryed an existing part and then tryed a new part and got the same results on both.
