I can't figure out how to use the indent tool.  I've read several tutorials and am not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Attached are a few screen shots of the part I'm trying to indent, with the tool included.  The error I keep getting is also attached as an image.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?  How can I create this feature?
