I was running 2013 previously and have updated to SW2014 SP 1.0 a couple of weeks ago.

Today I took an existing assembly, exported it as a step file and was going to send it to a customer.  Before sending it, I wanted to open it and verify everything save ok.  When it finished importing, I had an extruded boss added to every part in the assembly.

I tried doing the same export and then import on just a simple square extruded part that i keep for testing.  Same thing.  An extruded boss added to the part.

I had a co-worker take the step file of my assembly that I initially had the problems with and open it.  Everything was fine on his computer.  We are both running SW2014 SP 1.0 and updated at the same time.

I've restarted with no resolution.

I downloaded a component from a manufacturers website as a step file.  Same issue when Import it.

I saved my assembly as an iges file and then tried importing it.  Same issue.

Any ideas as to why this is getting added and how to stop it?
