I installed License manager 2015 I have 2 licenses of standard and 2 licenses of premium if I open SolidWorks 2014 SW opens but if I open 2015 it won t open

Good day.

We have 2 network licenses of SolidWorks installed on 1 server (2015). 2 seats of SW standard on 1st license and 2 seats of premium with 1 sim premium on the second.

Here's the scenario, I opened SW 2014 and it is okay. The standard has no free license. but when I tried to open SW 2015 it said that there is no available license even the premium has free licneses. Why this is happening.
