I can update to service pack 2 but I am unable to see what has changed because my boss didn't purchase the subscription this year??? Makes sense.

I just checked for updates for my 2016 version and am able to get service pack 2.  Before installing you are given a link to see what has changed.  I logged in like normal and it says that I need subscription services to go any further.  I guess my boss didn't purchase this like he has for the past 13 years for whatever reason.  I'm baffled as to why i can upgrade but not see what has changed before I do so.  This is very poor and disappointing.  I have never seen anything like this before.  Way to screw your customers Solidworks.
