I am having difficulty with finding the buckling of an assembly with half a dozen threaded connections. Most (but not all) use some kind of threaded insert. Simulation complains about interference, but creating assemblies in SW puts a best practice to some standard threaded fastener and threaded hole standard hole entities. I am discouraged because of the level of effort to calculate the buckling load. It is an order of magnitude faster to perform an estimate by hand calculations. When I search online for examples of calculating buckling loads, the video use a single part. This is really not helpful. Does anyone have any recommendations with my situation?
